Meredith Melvin Johnson, Mississippi native, holds a master of music and a doctor of musical arts in vocal performance and pedagogy from The University of Southern Mississippi. Johnson currently serves on the voice faculty in the USM School of Music and is an active adjudicator and vocal clinician. She maintains a thriving private studio catering to a variety of musical styles and is the creator of the online courses “Virtual Vocal Academy” and “Audition Bootcamp.”  She resides in Laurel with her husband, Tony and their furry four-legged pup, GusGus.
